I help leaders deliver complex change that lasts. Drawing on experience in media, broadcasting, global tech, mergers & acquisition integration, and education transformation, I blend strategic thinking with emotional intelligence to navigate complexity, unite stakeholders, and turn bold visions into measurable results.
I’ve led Change for award-winning programmes including the BBC Culture Change Programme (Change Awards 2024), BBC W1 Programme (APM Award 2013), and the Blended Leadership Development Programme with Ashridge (Award 2004). At WGSN, I drove global change communications through a fast-paced M&A integration, proving that vision can come to life at scale and under scrutiny.
I’m not a distant adviser. I bring presence, partnership and deep listening. I create the space for leaders to bring vulnerability into the mix and I model it myself. Together, we build change that’s values-led, human and built to endure.
