With experience across public service, private enterprise, education and the charitable sector, I’ve steered ambitious change under pressure.
I’ve led and co-led award-winning programmes including BBC Culture Change Programme (Change Awards 2024), the BBC W1 Programme (APM Award 2013), and the Blended Leadership Development Programme with Ashridge (Award 2004). At WGSN, I led global change communications for a fast-paced M&A integration. I know what it takes to bring vision to life at scale and under scrutiny. I deliver with a #Voice4Impact.
